Jules supports and encourages countless women in the community through her bootcamps, classes and Strollercise. She regularly contributes to such charitable endeavours and organizations as CHEO, the Walk for Kids Help Phone, CIBC Run for the Cure and the Blair Court Community House.
Last year, she coordinated a donation drive of gently used running shoes for underprivileged women looking to stay active and healthy.
Jules’ workouts do wonders for the body, but it is the connections made with other moms, and the endless support she offers, that helps new moms deal with the more challenging issues that come after being a baby into the world.
